This internship course provides students with a variety of opportunities to apply learned skills and gain additional knowledge and practical experience in the hospitality food & beverage field. Students will gain practical experience in varied segments of the food & beverage industry, while being integrated within a variety of catering settings and events. They will have opportunities for networking and exploring potential career path options as well as developing and improving learned skills to meet industry demands. Students will apply and refine their food and beverage and customer service skills and have an opportunity to demonstrate their professional commitment to a potential employer.
