This final accommodations course focuses on revenue and yield management principles and financial management processes necessary for room's divisions operations. Students will learn strategies and tactics to maximize revenues and hotel rate structures. Budgeting, forecasting, and SWOT analysis are also explored and practiced as planning tools for successful hotel management and operations.
