The course examines the history and future for the resort industry, a unique part of the hospitality and tourism field. Students will explore in detail all the various resort categories, the unusual and specialty job opportunities within this field, and the extended services offered. Further the course will investigate the different consumers and their reasons for visiting resort properties.
