If you are feeling overwhelmed, facing a problem you don't know how to handle or would just like to talk to someone in a safe place, we are here to help!

Your sessions are confidential; your information will not be shared.

We have free mental health counselling services at all campuses as a collaborative effort between St. Clair College and the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Some of the common reasons for meeting with a counsellor:

  • Feelings of anxiety/stress
  • Feelings of depression, sadness, and loneliness
  • Substance use
  • Loss/grief
  • Low energy and motivation
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Anger/conflict
